  • Eating the Mediterranean way  for health  is not complicated. Its so simple even a monkey can do it.  How do I  know ?  Because when I was growing up, I had a pet squirrel monkey. His daily diet was 90% whole plant- based. Years later, I discovered while taking  my Cornell University course on Plant Based Nutrition that eating like my monkey would have saved me from suffering a massive stroke.
